Multiverse has done it again! They have released to the developers a beta version of their upcoming 1.5 releases of the Multiverse server, client, tools and sample assets. This release includes important new Server and Client features and bug fixes, plus significantly improved Client performance. The feature game in development will shortly be migrated to the new version for functionality and platform testing. This release allows our development to tackle certain important features that play a key role in our game concept. One of the key features that it introduces is the ability to host voice chat in the game server, and add API functionality to use it within the game. This translates in allowing us to have voice chat for groups, guilds and many other possible voice chatting applications. |
